Sidney is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Duco. A former Obama Administration political appointee, Sidney's career spans national security, leadership development, and entrepreneurship – from the Pentagon to civil society to Silicon Valley. She has extensive experience in building organizations and products, generating and growing revenue, and developing and leading high-performing teams.

Neema is Duco’s Chief Operating Officer, designing and executing client and team strategy and mobilizing rapid, global expert support across emerging marketplace, technology, and security challenges. Prior to Duco, for over a decade Neema served as a consultant at multiple leading firms, including Booz Allan Hamilton and Deloitte, where he advised teams and a diverse set of executives across functions, sectors, and roles.
